If a person has to force him or herself to go to the gym it will make more sense to choose more gentle exercises that would instead bring pleasure and joy. One should also remember that according to the World Health Organization`s experts health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing, not just as a lack of illnesses or defects. So a question arises: is there a need in strong hefty muscles if their owner is a nervous fellow that is constantly arguing with his relatives, friends, and neighbors?
