Bugatti EB 112

The word Bugatti had again emerged in 1991 when Bugatti EB 110 was introduced and it`d been a long time I tell you. This new model was designed and produced according to the initiative of Paolo Stancani who bought the legendary trade mark out. "EB" in the model`s name means "Ettore Bugatti" while "110" means the number of years since Ettore was born.

A 4-door sedan Bugatti EB 112 introduced during Genevan motor show in 1993 was to continue that anagram tradition. That was actually a logical step considering that the model is EB110`s version in its essence. EB110 wasn`t actually a real success there were lots of things done to achieve that goal.

Bugatti EB 112 is provided with 6.0-liter front-mounted V12. It puts out 461 hp at 6300 rpm while its torque equals to 590 Nm at 3000 rpm. The model`s top speed is about 300 km/h.

Frankly speaking, there weren`t anyone to put this ItalDesign-designed model into serial production and so it remained to be a single produced concept car.

Anyway when in 1998 Volkswagen concern head Ferdinand Pich starting rescuing the legendary brand he was in charge of a semi-forgotten Bugatti EB 112 sedan transformation into a EB 118, which was a sporty coupe. gps tracker
